She donated the [[Vagelos Alumnae Center]] and has donated the plurality of funds needed for the Nexus student center project, now renamed the [[Diana Center]] for her. 

In [[2017]], the couple also donated money to rename the medical school the [[Vagelos College of Physicians & Surgeons]].
