The '''Robert Shellow Gerdy Prize''' is awarded to that member of the graduating class who, throughout the undergraduate years, has made a significant contribution as a member of the staff of one or more student publications, especially the ''[[Jester]]'', ''[[Columbia Review]]'', and the ''[[Spectator]]''. It was established by Mr. and Mrs. Irving Gerdy in memory of their son, Robert Shellow Gerdy, Class of 1939, in [[1969]].
