After attending St. Hilda's & St. Hugh's School, Tess went to Trinity School for high school. She graduated from [[Columbia College]] with a major in English. 

Tess has been a valued member of Columbia's [[Fencing]] team. She helped secure the 2007 [[Ivy League]] Championship and served as captain during her senior year. Tess is a devoted member of the Delta Gamma sorority. She has been admired for her skills in poetry and dedication to animals of the [[Upper West Side]].
