Christian Rene Palomares is the current HOP Coordinator of COÖP (the Columbia Outdoor Orientation Program), and more commonly known as Chrispy or Chris P. A member of the Columbia comedy community with Fruit Paunch Improv, and a director and actor in the Columbia theater community, Chrispy performed in the 125th Annual Varsity Show, played Santa Claus in the 13th Annual X-Mas Show, directed several shows with the Columbia Musical Theater Society, and was briefly the President of the Columbia Kingsmen before being impeached. In terms of campus political organizations, Chrispy has been a board member of the Columbia Hamilton Society, Columbia HeforShe, and ran for CCSC as a first-year garnering the least number of votes in the entire election.

Chrispy hails from Los Angeles and is studying American Studies and English.
