Havana Central at The West End

Used to be the West End. Oh, for shame.

Now it's a Cuban restaurant. People have mixed opinions. The food isn't great, but it's edible and reasonably priced. The Cuban sandwich at Cafe con Leche is preferable. The atmosphere is, well... dead.
