Havana Central at The West End used to be a bar called The West End until it was bought by the Havana Central chain. Many people were sad to see The West End close.
Now it's a Cuban restaurant. People have mixed opinions. The food isn't great, but it's edible and reasonably priced. The Cuban sandwich at Cafe con Leche is preferable. The atmosphere is, well... dead.
