Indus Valley is an Indian restaurant located at Broadway and 100th Street. It serves very good food and has excellent service. It's a cut above the other Indian restaurants in Morningside Heights so it's worth the walk to 100th St.
Appetizers include delicious lamb kebabs. Their chicken curry, served with nan bread, is a good main course. (The nan bread is awesome.) Also recommended are the aloo gohbi (stuffed and stewed potatoes) and biryani (rice of the gods). Be sure to wash it all down with their mean mango lassi.
