River is a residence hall that almost exclusively houses seniors. It was completely gutted and renovated in the summer of 2001. River is located on 114th St close to Riverside Drive.
Residents are traditionally known as "River Rats".

Disadvantages
- Uphill walk to campus, and even then, you're on the extreme southwestern part of it
