Nick Sprayregen owns the "Tuck it away" in Manhattanville, along with scores of other properties in and around NYC. Although he lives on the Upper East Side, Columbia's Manhattanville expansion seems to have transformed him into an ourspoken and generous member of the community. He is demanding negotiations w/Robert Kasdin to be bought out of Manhattanville.
