- It shifts on a year to year basis, and isn't, anyway, the sole criterion. In any case, I would imagine at least a 3.9. Pacman 00:21, 20 May 2007 (EDT)
Think it's worth distinguishing CC and GS? GS inducts 10% into New York Delta using similar criteria, though only in a ceremony just prior to commencement. Adolph Lewisohn 12:17, 24 May 2008 (EDT)
