A Community Programming Assistant or CPA is a student hired by the Office of Residential Programs who is charged with supervising area-wide programming for a residence hall. Like RAs, CPAs get free housing and a $600 stipend.
CPA duties include:
- Feeding the residents of the CPA's assigned area
- Feeding the residents of other areas that show up anyway
- Busting parties
- Fighting the noble war on drugs, tobacco, and in first year dorms, alcohol (or looking the other way and generally not caring much about it at all)
- Spamming the building
