Jenny Davidson is an associate professor of English specializing in the 18th century, British culture and history, and the contemporary novel. She earned her A.B. at Radcliffe (Harvard's former Barnard) in 1993 and her Ph.D. from Yale in 1999. She's written three novels, won a Guggenheim Fellowship, and maintains several blogs, including Light Reading. Professor Davidson was the winner of the 2010 Mark Van Doren Award for teaching.
