The Seven Sisters were seven prestigous women's colleges, sometimes considered to represent the Ivy League of women's colleges. Today, the term is sometimes still used to describe the remaining members. Those that are still women's colleges include Mount Holyoke, Wellesley, Smith, Bryn Mawr, and Barnard. Vassar went co-ed in 1969, and Radcliffe was a member before Harvard swallowed it.
