MyColumbia is Columbia's largely useless portal. In March of 2002, AIS (Administrative Information Systems) launched a pilot of MyColumbia, a portal based on the uPortal code. MyColumbia officially launched 2 years later in September 2004 as part of AIS's new human resources and payroll application People@Columbia, an administrative system.
