Both open positions for CC Senator were unopposed, with Alex Frouman (CC'11) and Tim Lam (CC'11) winning their spots uncontested.

The only two class council elections to be contested were the 2010 and 2012 races.  In the 2010 race, challenger [[Cliff Massey]] and his [[Clear Party]] defeated incumbent [[AJ Pascua]] and his [[The Party]] with 65% of the vote.  However, one of Massey's representatives, Ruqayyah Abdul-Karim, was not elected, as the representatives are elected independently.  Instead, Maximo Cubilette of the The Party was elected to fill the third representative position.
 
 
 
In the 2012 race, Akito Terasaki and his Access Columbia Party won a clean sweep with 71% of the vote for president and vice-presdient, along with his representatives Kenny Durell, Jasmine Senior, and Brandon Christophe winning election, as well.

The CCSC Elections of 2008 were held on March 28th and 29th. Columbia College students were allowed to vote for one CCSC party and two University Senator candidates, as well as one or more candidates for several other positions.

Two parties competed to form the next executive board: Connect Columbia and Experience Columbia. Experience Columbia won the race by nearly 20% of the total vote.
