Nacho's Kitchen, also known as Nacho Mama's or just Nacho's, was a bar on Broadway between 112th St and 113th St. The bar's closure had been foreseen at least since the beginning of May 2007. At that point, it was believed to be shutting down completely, to be reopened as a Jamba Juice franchise. Instead, the property became home to Community Food & Juice.
Nacho's would get very busy on weekends, especially during happy hour, when things got rowdy. On weeknights, it was quieter and people went there for crappy Mexican food. In fact, Nacho's barely passed its last inspection in October 2006. [1]
