CU Dhoom is the only competitive award-winning Bollywood Fusion dance group on Columbia's campus. The team was started in 2007 at Columbia University in New York City. In the last seven years, CU Dhoom has grown into a competitive co-ed dance team that competes across the Northeast. The team specializes in Hindi Film/Fusion and Hip Hop dance styles but has been known to incorporate classical Indian, modern, jazz, and Latin dance styles into their performances from year to year. You could pretty much say they're the most diverse dance group on campus.
