The Village Pourhouse or just Pourhouse was a bar that opened in 2008 on 107th and Amsterdam Avenue. The bar replaced Mona after it closed in 2007. Pourhouse is known for being more of a "neighborhood" bar, as it's very rare to see more Columbia students at the bar than neighborhood residents, even on Senior Night. Pourhouse has, however, embraced being in the Columbia area, having put up many Columbia pennants and jerseys as decorations.
