Citarella is a gourmet supermarket chain in New York City. It had a location on 125th Street just down Amsterdam Ave. from the Columbia campus that opened in 2005, but it was evicted in June of 2009 and its structure has since been demolished. It was sometimes cited as proof of the gentrification of Harlem.
