The Intercultural Resource Center is a community open to all Columbia students located on 114th Street, or Frat Row. It is operated by the Office of Multicultural Affairs. Founded in 1988, it is a special interest community dedicated to education on issues of intercultural diversity. The IRC accommodates about thirty students throughout the year, as well as OMA administrative offices and programming space.
