Midnight Breakfast is a somewhat new Barnard College semi-annual tradition. It is held in the LeFrak Gymnasium during the finals weeks of the fall and spring semesters. At midnight, the college's deans, academic department heads, board of trustees chair, and president don chef hats and spatulas. For the remainder of the early morning, they are employed as servers for a breakfast buffet available to undergraduate students at both Barnard College and Columbia University.
Menu items include French toast, pancakes, potatoes, waffles, muffins, bacon, sausage, a variety of cakes, and fruit. A separate Kosher section is also available.
Midnight Breakfast is an excellent stop to make after attending Orgo Night.
