The Top of the Rock is an observation deck 70 stories up on 30 Rockefeller Plaza, also known as the GE Building, in the middle of Rockfeller Plaza in New York City. While visiting the Top of the Rock, one is able to tour the multi-media exhibit that is in the pre-show area. After that, each participant will be taken to the observation desk via a sky shuttle, where one is able to see 360 degree views of New York City.
