The Lion's Den is the student section of the Levien Gym bleachers, consisting of the center section of the west bleachers.

Before the Lion's Den became an athletics department term, it was the name of a student lounge in Ferris Booth Hall. Before Ferris Booth Hall, the Lion's Den was the name of the student pub in John Jay Hall which is now JJ's Place.
