Chris Elizondo SEAS '11 was the president of the Engineering Student Council for the 2010-11 academic year. He was elected by a majority vote of the ESC on March 22, 2010. Prior to serving as president, he served as Vice President of Student Life, as well as Vice President of the Class of 2011. He majored in Biomedical Engineering.

Under his leadership as president, the ESC voted to amend its constitution to allow for external elections of executive board candidates. Previously, all executive board candidates were elected internally by the board. Many an ESC member had brought up changing these rules, but it wasn't until 2011 that the change actually passed a full vote of the board.
