Advantages and disadvantages
Advantages
- Watt 1O is an often-overlooked large double. On other floors it would be a one-bedroom.
- Can travel room to room via the fire escape.
Disadvantages
- No common lounges.
- There is only one printer. It is on the first floor right past the guard desk.
- No vending machines
- Elevator sometimes gets stuck between floors.
- No stairs access to the basement, so you have to use the slow elevator to throw out your trash.
- Fire engine based at 113th and Amsterdam frequently blares sirens and horn late at night.
- No ventilation for bathrooms.
