Communiqué[1] was the newspaper of record for SIPA from ??? to 2013, at which point it was absorbed in a merger with the upstart The Morningside Post[2]. Allegedly, Communiqué struggled with its online transition and student recruitment in later years, leading most of its staffers to jump ship to TMP anyway.

Communiqué was printed several times per semester and could be found on racks in the IAB.
