Miriam Datskovsky BC '07 was the first Columbia Spectator sex columnist. She was famous on campus for drawing strong reactions to her columns. Many criticisms highlighted the lack of actual sex-related content in her pieces. During the height of her notoreity, a blog was created demanding her dismissal. The Bwog also developed an unhealthy obsession with her.
She was often quoted in New York Times articles about sex in college. Formerly employed by New York magazine, she now works for thedailybeast.com.
