Chef Mike's Sub Shop, often referred to as "Mike's", "Chef Mike's" or simply "the Sub Shop" is a dining location in Uris Hall. As the name suggests, it offers a selection of Submarine sandwiches in addition to other snacks, deserts, and drinks. Every day, a hot sub and a cold sub are featured, each with a vegan alternative if the regular versions are not already vegan. Additionally, it is possible to request a custom sub made with ingredients of your choice.
Chef Mike's served soup with their subs until the soup station was inexplicably removed in 2024.
