Chipotle Mexican Grill is a Mexican restaurant on Broadway at 110th St. It's pronounced chee-POHT-leh (although some detractors pronounce it shit-pot-leh.)

Formerly in Chipotle's location was a hookah bar called Casbah Rouge, usually filled with sketchy locals. Before that, the space was occupied by Caffe Taci, an Italian restaurant that featured live opera singing on some nights.

Chipotle disgracefully raised their prices in March/April 2008.[1]
