Bob Shoop was the head coach of the football team between 2003-2005. During his tenure as head coach, Shoop compiled a 7-23 record over three seasons, finishing 4-17 in the conference, including 0-7 in 2005. Not surprisingly, he was fired on November 20, 2005 by Athletic Director M. Dianne Murphy.
