Clifton Maxwell (abbreviated on his name tag as C. Maxwell, which is what most students call him) is a grouchy security guard who can usually be found at the entrance to John Jay Hall. He is only really approachable when the Yankees are winning. Otherwise, you're lucky if he even grunts at you.
He swipes CUIDs very slowly.
