Sigma Phi Epsilon is a fraternity at Columbia that is often known as SigEp. It operates the "Balanced Man Program" and scholarship, which is based on being a Gentleman, Athlete, Leader, and Scholar. The NY Phi chapter consists of approximately 60 Brothers. Brothers are involved in CCSC / ESC, University Senate, Rowing, Rugby, Soccer, Football, Tennis, and, most recently, Varsity Squash. Nationally, Sigma Phi Epsilon is the largest Fraternity, and has the highest GPA of any national fraternity. The Columbia chapter has a brownstone located on 113th St (between Broadway and Amsterdam) that is identifiable by its red doors.
