Regardless, Spec still produces good journalism, and apps like Eat@CU and Courses@CU are mostly helpful, even if you hold the belief that Spec is secretly collecting information on all the students at Columbia who use them. (Hey, [[Bwog]] has a collection of IP addresses from comments traced to the Spec offices, so it wouldn't be one-sided).
