Arts and Crafts Beer Parlor is, as the name implies, a hipster craft beer bar on the southeast corner of Amsterdam Avenue and 116th Street. It replaced Camille's sometime in spring 2016.
Despite being in Morningside Heights, the bar is branded as being located in "SoHa." They have another location in Greenwich Village, near NYU.
The bar represents yet another stage of Morningside Heights' conversion into an uptown hipster enclave. It has reasonably priced beer and a generally older crowd, with lots of law students. It's a great alternative when every other bar in the neighborhood is too crowded, but closes early.
