Kesher is fun. That's right, fun. That's what it is.
It's also wise to associate it with:
-Reform Jews on campus
-services at 6:15 every Friday night on the 4th floor of the Kraft center, 606 w. 115th between Broadway and Riverside, across from Schapiro (which isn't all that scary or awkward once you get used to it)
-Shabbat dinners every Friday night at 7:00 in the same place (often free, sometimes potluck)
-the facebook group: Our Bodies are Temples: Reform Jews are HOT
Kesher allows you to come to whatever part of the Shabbat experience that is meaningful to you, whether that be dinner, services, or just saying the prayer over the challah.
