The Albert Marion Elsberg Prize is a prize of money (or the equivalent value in books) awarded by the History Department to a sophomore, junior, or senior for "excellence in modern history".[1] This designation includes, but is not limited to, a superior senior thesis. It was donated by Mrs. Elsberg in memory of her son, Albert, in 1912.
