The CU Bartending Agency rents out bartenders in the NYC area. It also runs School of Mixology bartending courses.
While the School's classes are (perhaps predictably) a good time, the agency is not entirely successful at procuring gigs for most of its former students. Most will have to content themselves with the unpaid barkeeping of a Columbia dorm party.
