The American Assembly is a public affairs and policy forum affiliated with Columbia University. It was founded in 1950 by Dwight D. Eisenhower while he was still president of the university. Ike considered it one of his major accomplishments as president. PrezBo is a current trustee.
The Assembly had been based out of Columbia's Arden House estate, but has since relocated to the Interchurch Center.
