Maggie Gyllenhaal CC '98 is an actress. Her brother, Jake Gyllenhaal, attended the College from 1998 to 2000, when he dropped out. Her mother, Naomi Foner Gyllenhaal, is an alumna of both Barnard and Columbia and is the ex-wife of History professor Eric Foner.
While at the College, Maggie majored in English and Eastern religions.
