The University of Pittsburgh would be barely notable save for the fact that it's mostly comprised of a single, giant, Gothic Revival-cum-art deco skyscraper, the Cathedral of Learning, which almost makes us wish Columbia's Morningside Heights campus had been built in the gothic rather than neoclassical mode, and that the 120th Street labs or other mad skyscraper schemes for campus were completed as well.
