Michael P. McNeil Director, Alice! Health Promotion

Michael McNeil joined Columbia Health in 2006. In his role he is responsible for general oversight of Alice! Health Promotion. Prior to joining Columbia Health, Michael led the health promotion office and was an adjunct faculty member at two other universities. He is involved with a number of professional organizations including the American College Health Association, NASPA: Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education, The BACCHUS Network, and the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing.

Michael holds a B.A. in Sociology, an M.S. in Health Education, and an EdD in Higher Education Leadership. Michael was born and spent the first 12 years of his life living outside the United States. To date he has lived in 6 countries on 4 continents. When not working, Michael is an avid traveler (35+ countries on all 7 continents and 49 of the US States), consumer of good coffee, a commercial aviation enthusiast and (very) amateur stand-up comedian.
