A Prof. Degree (Professional Degree) is a degree granted by the Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science to students who wish to pursue coursework beyond the MSE but do not wish to emphasize research. The degree is not considered as high as the Eng.Sc.D or PhD since it does only requires coursework. Thirty points beyond the MSE (or sixty points beyond the BS) must be completed for conferral.
