109 Gourmet Deli is a few blocks away on Amsterdam Ave. from local Columbia bar, 1020. Nicknamed the Crack Deli and 40s-are-us.
Spicy Special
Incredibly tasty sandwich. It consists of Boar's Head Cajun Turkey, Pepper Jack Cheese, Onion, Green Pepper, Spicy Peppers, Lettuce, Tomato, Mayo, and Spicy Mustard on your choice of a toasted roll or hero.
For $4.49, a free soda, and extremely late night availability, nothing in the Columbia vicinity comes close, except for Koronets and the no-longer existent Columbia Bagel.
Photos of the sandwich are unavailable. They are so delicious that the thought of photographing it never enters the consciousness.
