The Lehman Social Sciences Library is located in IAB. Many people joke that its basement location and space-age design make it feel like a Cold War bunker. Plus, rooms tend to suck up noise, so the place is generally dead silent.
Spaces fill up quickly in the regular study area, so look for cubicles in the empty bookcase areas downstairs or the large tables by the atlases. There is also an empty loft level and a group study area. The computer lab is large and features cathedral-like ceilings, but is tucked away in a difficult-to-find corner of the complex.
