The Off-Campus Housing Assistance (OCHA) office offers free services to Columbia affiliates looking for rental housing in non-Columbia-owned buildings in the metropolitan area.
The OCHA office is located at 419 West 119th Street-Lower Level, on the north side of the street between Amsterdam Avenue and Morningside Drive. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
OCHA also maintains listings in its online database (CU login required).
