Allegedly corrupt financial aid director at Columbia University. Charlow owns shares in a company called Education Lending Group. The group runs a service called Student Loan Xpress, which is classified as a preferred lender at Columbia, a clear conflict of interest. Other financial aid directors at the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Southern California are also involved.
