Charles Frederick Chandler

Charles Frederick Chandler, a former professor and first dean of SEAS, was influential in the early history of the School of Engineering and the Chemistry Department. He presided over the construction of Havemeyer Hall. An extension to Havemeyer, Chandler Hall, is named for him.
