Paul Sonne CC '07 was editor in chief of the Columbia Political Review and founding father of The Birch. Paul graduated summa cum laude and became a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He achieved fame for winning Columbia's first Marshall Scholarship in a long time, with which he studied at Oxford.

He currently works for the New York Times. His last name is pronounced "sony".
