Columbia College Conservative Club
Columbia College Conservative Club (C4) is a controversial right-wing club. It serves as a sort of umbrella group for rightists who don't fit into "traditional" political categories, such as hyper-libertarians or fascists.
C4 is also a type of plastic explosive. It has been found in various places, including Essam's truck and the Flame hatch.

C4 was partly responsible for the Affirmative Action Bake Sale.
