Bill O'Reilly, host of The O'Reilly factor on Fox News, has a contentious relationship with Columbia, which he has referred to as the "University of Havana-North," and Columbians, whom he has termed "liberal fascist anarchists".

He has been charged with sexually harrassing an alumna of the Journalism School, Andrea Mackis.

Following the Minuteman stage-rush of 2006, O'Reilly had College Republicans head Chris Kulawik and The Blue and White chief Avi Zvi Zenilman face off on his show, demonstrating conspicuous preference for Kulawik.
